Terms and Conditions
Shipping Policies
When receiving shipment, be sure to inspect all packages for damage, shortage, or abuse before signing to accept the machines. Customer should open the cartons and check the contents and note any shortages or damages to the freight bill at the time of delivery. It is the Customers right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage or shortage at the time of delivery. Freight claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. If there is damage to the merchandise, the purchaser must file a freight claim within 15 days of receiving the equipment. Packing materials must be retained for inspection. All freight shipments are curbside delivery to the back of the truck. Inside delivery and liftgate available at additional cost. If there is any damage to the machine or packaging, be sure that you make a note of it on the proof of delivery receipt. If the damage is not noted it will make it difficult to file a freight claim.
Warranty Information
All machines and products are backed and governed by the manufacturer’s full warranty. All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer.
Return Policy
Sales are final and no returns are allowed. In the event that VIB-Online accepts a customer return, prior written authorization from VIB-Online is required. There will be a 35% restocking fee assessed to all returned items. Purchaser agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs. Purchaser agrees to pay all sales tax charges when applicable or required by law. Merchandise must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging material. Absolutely no returns for custom, made-to-order, or used merchandise. Any damage to returned machines would result in additional fees. No cash refunds will be awarded. Purchaser is responsible for shipping arrangements back to Manufacturer of origin unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. VIB-Online will provide customer with a return authorization number to be used to verify the returned items prior to shipping returned equipment. Any equipment without an RA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper expense.
Payment Policy
Purchaser may pay by cashier’s check, money order, business check or personal check. For orders outside Sweden check, money order, or wire transfer are the only forms of payment accepted by VIB-Online. VIB-Online must receive all payments before purchased equipment is shipped. VIB-Online will wait a minimum of 10 business days when receiving a business or personal check before shipping.
All online payments shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
When using a credit card, purchaser authorizes VIB-Online to charge the full amount due to said credit card. Purchaser also agrees that no refunds and/or returns will be honored on the credit card transaction. The manufacturer warrants the original purchaser that all products are covered under its full manufacturer warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
All purchasers using a credit card must be 18 years of age or older.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product, thus, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel your order.
Taxation
All Swedish customers will be charged 25.00% VAT. All other customers will not be charged taxes. |
